A high-touch EMDR experience combining two immersive 3-hour in-person sessions over consecutive days with pre- and post-session support - designed to help you access deeper layers and achieve more profound, lasting transformation.

- 90-minute online intake session
  Held via video prior to the intensive. We’ll explore your history, clarify treatment goals, and co-create a focused plan for your two-day healing experience.
- Two 3-hour in-person EMDR sessions over the course of 2 days (San Diego)
  Held on back-to-back days in a peaceful wellness space in Pacific Beach. These extended sessions blend trauma-focused EMDR therapy with Reiki energy work, and sound healing to support deeper nervous system regulation and emotional processing. You’ll be held in a retreat-like environment with cozy blankets, calming tea, soft lighting, and healing music - curated to support comfort, safety, and soul-level transformation.
